Running is my hobby
I'm 49. Boxing is my profession. Running is my personal hobby and way of living: move every day, never put health off until later.
Three years ago I tore my Achilles tendon. After two surgeries, I spent a year and a half recovering — and only then could I walk normally again. Then I started running once more: from zero, step by step.
Today I dream of completing the World Marathon Majors — the six greatest marathons in the world. I live through sport and hope my example inspires others to begin, even when it feels “too late.”
The same discipline that brought me back to running is the foundation of my boxing course: patience, technique, and steady progress — without rush and without self-deception.
